Our protective lenses are designed to protect your child’s vision!

The lenses block 31% of blue light on the 380 nm - 500 nm spectrum and 92.48% of blue light at 400 nm. 

These technical features allow your eyes to rest while you watch a screen. These lenses protect your vision while relaxing your eyes.

We unfortunately are unable to create corrective lenses at this time.

The answer is no! Our protective lenses are perfect for use during the day and night.

This means that we recommend that you use our glasses both day and night.

Using OOM lenses during the night allows you to reduce your melatonin level by two to three times the amount so you can relax your eyes and fall asleep quicker.

No; we use CR-39 organic materials in order to manufacture high-quality glasses for your child.

In order to protect their vision, it’s important that the glasses don’t contain any magnifying features.

If you think our lenses have any magnification, we encourage you to bring them to your optician to determine if this is the case.

If their magnification is confirmed, we’ll exchange your glasses as soon as possible!

Please keep in mind that the feeling of magnification can be felt during the first days that you use your OOM glasses.

In fact, lenses blocking blue light can have a different contrast from that seen by the naked eye.

This strange contrast can throw people off during the first few days, but you quickly get used to it!

Remember that your child may need magnifying lenses. If this is the case, we recommend that you make an appointment with an ophthalmologist.

Absolutely! Our glasses are non-polarized, and you can clearly look at your digital screen without a problem.

As you know, the glasses need daily care in order to protect your lenses and protect your vision.

 

For that reason, our sunglasses come with a cleaning cloth to remove dust and other residue without scratching the lenses.

Certain frames like those made from acetate can also be cleaned with the included cloth.

In terms of microfiber rims, we suggest you lightly clean them with soap and water.

At OOM, your child’s priority is our wellbeing, no matter where you live. We ship globally!

We have local partners in each country that allows us to ship as quickly as possible. We’re committed to sending you a tracking number a few days after you place your order.

We allow for up to 72 hours to process and prepare your order.

You can modify your order until 9:00 pm on the same day that it was placed.

All orders placed after 10:00 pm can be modified until 9:00 pm on the following day.

Shipping and handling have a cost of $3.99 for product sets. You won’t be charged for any shipping fees while you order.

You have until 00:00 Midnight CEST / 17:00 US Central Standard Time (CST) on the same day you place your order to contact us.

We will not be able to process any modification requests after this period.

Modification requests cannot be guaranteed, and all requests must be confirmed as received by our customer experience team to be taken into account.

Once your package has been sent to your carrier, all you have to do is wait for your order. According to the carriers, the code can be active within 24 to 72 working hours (Monday to Friday) outside school holidays or exceptional events (strikes, Covid-19 ...).

Once your package is acquired by the carrier, he is responsible for the safe and timely delivery of your package.
This is when your shipping times begin and your tracking information will be updated by the carrier when your package arrives at your address.

Holidays and weekends may affect the processing times for Shaperline as well as the shipping times for carriers.

 This all depends on your country’s current tax system. We are unfortunately not responsible for VAT taxes in your country. It is possible that additional fees may be charged. We recommend you contact your post office to learn more about this.

For orders eligible for free delivery, we pay for all logistical fees, but it is possible that customs fees may be charged when you receive your order.

Delivery times depend on the place they are sent to. We’ve estimated the following delivery times : 

EUROPE: 7-10 business days

UNITED STATES: 7-10 business days

REST OF THE WORLD: 10-15 business days

It should be noted that 24-72 hours should be added to these times to account for manufacturing and preparing your order.

In cases of customs inspections, these times may increase for reasons that are out of OOM’s control.

You have up to 30 days after receiving your order to return your glasses.

Please keep in mind that your glasses must be unused and in their original condition to be returned. If we deem these conditions to not be met, we reserve the right to return your glasses to you.

Our team of experts will verify your glasses’ good condition and will refund you the full price minus shipping and handling fees.

In the extremely unlikely event that your glasses arrive damaged (scratched lenses, a broken case, etc.) we suggest that you contact our customer service as soon as possible with the following information:

- The email address associated with the order

- The order number

- One or more photos of the damage

Damage to the box or packaging are not covered by the warranty.

It’s not a good idea to wear blue glasses throughout the day because it affects the natural circadian rhythm.

However, you can wear your glasses outside to protect you against UV rays.

At OOM, quality and customer satisfaction are our priority, which is why we offer a warranty valid for two years after purchasing your order.

Our warranty does not cover the following:

Damage caused on the frame or lens that are the result of bad usage or an accident like dropping the product. Aesthetic damage from daily usage (scratches, loss of color, etc.)

Glasses protecting your eyes against blue light are definitely safe.

Wearing these glasses can help prevent eye damage and fatigue.

Wearing these glasses will certainly not do any harm. If they help you work, sleep, and feel better, keep wearing them with confidence.

Unfortunately because they are not corrective lenses, our glasses can’t be reimbursed by Medicare.

However, OOM Brand glasses are a lot less expensive than glasses provided by opticians.

YES! Our glasses come with a protective case and a cleaning cloth.
